Shipping policy

At this time, PR SUPPLEMENT is only available to deliver to locations within the United States. Those shipments may be sent via UPS, FEDEX, and/or USPS. Orders require a physical address for shipping, we do not ship our products to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Typical delivery time is within 10-15 business days Monday to Friday. PLEASE NOTE that signatures are not required for deliveries, therefore if there is no one to accept the delivery at the shipping address you provided, it will be left at the door. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please track your package, note the delivery date, and be present at your shipping address to accept your package. Extra freight charges will be incurred if your order is undeliverable and returned back to our warehouse. PLEASE ALSO NOTE that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

You are responsible for providing us with the proper shipping address. Shipment re-routing is prohibited and such shipments will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited the amount for the goods, minus the actual freight charge incurred. 

Expedited shipping is available. Rates for this service will be calculated during checkout. ​
